Sew Much is proud to offer beautiful veils carefully crafted to be the perfect compliment to your wedding gown.  Whether short and sassy or long and elaborate, we can customize a veil to fit your personal style as well as the style of your wedding.

Veils are offered in a variety of lengths, cuts, edge finishes and number of tiers.   Below are pictures, descriptions and prices of many standard combinations.  Please note that the combinations and potential products are only limited by your imagination.

Common Terms:
  • Blusher - one layer of tulle that is pulled forward over the face during the early part of the ceremony.
  • Tier - each layer of tulle.
  • Circular-cut - a two-tiered veil that is attached to the head by a comb near the center of a circle of tulle, resulting in less fullness at the head and all edging along the bottom of the veil.  No edges come up to the comb along the side of the face.
  • Diamond-cut - the tulle is cut on a bias, with the widest part of the layer being near the center of the overall length of the veil.  The result is a cascading effect down the back and a very soft drape.
  • Tulle - the netted fabric used to create most veils.  Different weights are available for different stiffness and drape, depending on the desired finished look.  Also called illusion.
  • Russian netting - a wide-spaced netting used for birdcage veils and vintage hats.  Also called French netting.  Available in 9", 12", 15", and 18" lengths.
